All photos taken at meet ups (permission always asked first), and photos provided by whom it may concern for stories on Social Media may be used for advertising purposes for Make New Friends, if wish for us not to use pictures anymore or remove we can do within a notice period of 7 days. Email stating this must be sent.

Prohibited use

6. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:
   1. in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or interferes with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website;
   2. in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, governmental order;

Registration

7. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

10. You may cancel your membership at any time by informing us in writing to the address at the end of these terms and conditions or by cancelling on website or through your payment method but no refunds will be given.
11. If you do so, your membership will expire on date when renewal would have happened. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.
12. Refunds will not be provided for any memberships. We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for any of our memberships
    You can cancel your membership at anytime and membership will automatically will expire on renewal date.

Password and security

11. When you register on this Website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone.
12. If we have reason to believe that there is or is likely to be any misuse of the Website or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.

25. Make New Friends Together Ltd are not liable for accident or injury that occurs at our meetups. By attending our meetups you accept you do so at your own risk.
26. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
27. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
28. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.

32. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
33. Make New Friends Ltd will not accept any liability due to the current affects of Covid-19 and all members who attend meet ups do so at there own risk.
34. Make New Friends Ltd will not prohibit behaviour that can make members feel unwelcomed or being rude to a host, we have the right to discuss with you and take further action of revoking membership if needed.
35. Meet Ups can be cancelled at anytime and all meet ups attended are all at your own risk.
36. Make New Friends Closes Business over the Christmas Period and one week between May- August for the hosts to have a well earned break.
37. Only Members can attend meet ups and can be refused if bring along a none member as states in policy for members only.

5. Meet Ups can be cancelled at anytime and all meet ups attended are all at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any injuries or loss.
6. Make New Friends Closes Business over Christmas Period and hosts will also have a break during the 12 months which may affect meet ups temporarily.
7. Make New Friends can terminate memberships if receive a number of complaints and seen evidence that may be detrimental to others, hosts and Make New Friends.
8. Refunds are not given on any on memberships that have had payment taken for re-occurring subscription, but can stop anymore payments being taken going forward.

Changes to this privacy policy

Make New Friends Together Ltd reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
